This squad is designed for the athlete who wants to utilize group sessions, but also have the choice of an fully customized individual training program and has progressed from our Beginner Coaching Program. Training times are slightly longer and slightly harder, still with the emphasis on doing what you can, when you can. It is still tempered with completing it in very much a fun, team environment. With triathlon, multi-sport and adventure racing becoming highly popular the need for specificity in training and more so group training becomes evident. Triathlon and more-so ‘mulitisport’ can be very taxing for the individual, but what we are trying to provide is a highly motivating team environment, where the athlete can draw not only on their personal coach for guidance, but also their team mates. It is has been specifically designed for the ‘focused on improving’ beginner and with a good level of progression’ in mind.

Tuesday Swim Training 6.15pm – 7.30pm
Thursday Run Training 5.45pm – 7.00pm
Saturday Ride (Brick Session) 8.00am – 11.00am
